Healthy and well balanced Vegetarian and Vegan meals prepared with the utmost care to make sure you are receiving all the nutrients that you require ( Fish can be added to vegetarian meals on request).Meat substitutes such as Tofu and Tempeh to name a couple, are used in both Vegetarian and Vegan meals. Meal portions are between 400g-450g per portion and are delivered fresh once a week in freezer and oven safe containers. The monthly meal plan consists of a 5-day week with 4 weeks’ worth of meals.
